Postcard from Australia – Great Ocean Road, Victoria

We were a bit worried this morning when we woke to overcast weather as we were to drive along the mythical Great Ocean Road in Victoria. But we needn’t have worried. Although we had mist and light rain when driving, they disappeared each time we got out of the car. The most famous eroded rock formations are the Twelve Apostles (of which there are only eight) but I much preferred the Razorback formation in the video below which I find far more spectacular.
Nous étions un peu inquiets ce matin lorsque nous avons vu qu’il ne faisait pas très beau puisque nous devions longer la côte mythique de la Great Ocean Road dans l’état de Victoria. Mais on n’avait pas à s’en inquiéter. Malgré la brume et une pluie légère pendant le trajet, chaque fois que nous quittions la voiture, le ciel s’éclaircissait. Les formations de rocher les plus célèbres sont les Douze Apôtres (dont il n’y a que huit) mais je préfère de loin la formation Razorback dans la vidéo ci-dessous que je trouve beaucoup plus spectaculaire.
