Covid Confinement Day 35

Despite having a garden and not having to experience lockout in a confined space, it’s not always easy to face each day with so much negativity around us. There seems to be no other subject on the media except the economic repercussions of confinement and there is constant criticism of way the crisis is being handled by the French authorities. I would hate to be in their shoes. Better days seem far away.
There were four new deaths in our area today bringing the total up to 35. The only graphs that seem to be going down are the total number of hospital admissions and the number of patients in intensive care in France

Well, you know how many French people are — if it isn’t perfect, clearly the best, and entirely suiting them personally then you are *obliged* to criticise endlessly. It is your civic duty! The one thing that has *really* annoyed me is the way that certain conspiracy theories are just being allowed to run wild.
According to a friend, our local SuperU was positively *stuffed* with Parisians who had just blythly come down for Easter. We currently have flour again, btw, but it’s a brand I’ve never seen before and three times the price.

The conspiracy theories are horrifying I agree. We were able to buy some 55 flour in bulk today at Biocoop.
