Covid Confinement Day 38

I stopped and took a photo of this horse chestnut tree on the way to the newly opened garden centre today.
There have been no new deaths in our area for 2 days while the number of new deaths in France today was 516 compared with 544 yesterday. However the number of patients in intensive care is very gradually diminishing and the virus is spreading less rapidly.
There has been a lot of controversy about pupils returning to primary school after lockdown ends on 11th May. The government has decided it will be on a voluntary basis. Many parents were surprisingly worried about the school canteen being closed. Having taken a packed lunch to school every day for 12 years in Australia I find it difficult to understand where the problem lies.
