Not everyone knows that there is a walking/bike path behind Château de Chenonceau, open to the public even when the grounds are closed. This was taken on Monday, our first day out of lockdown.
Tout le monde ne sait pas qu’il y a un chemin qu’on peut emprunter à pied ou à vélo derrière le château de Chenonceau et qui est toujours ouvert au public même lorsque le parc du château est fermé. J’ai pris cette photo lundi, notre premier jour de déconfinement.

Yes a beautiful place inside and outside not to mention the magnificent gardens.
A pretty place for a walk.
I visited before they closed the way from the building to the other side and visited the grave there. The next time with my husband I excitedly went to show him and you couldn’t go through any more.
What a shame. We go across the bridge downstream from the castle. We discovered it quite by accident.
