Covid Confinement Day 43

After a very long period of sun and blue skies, most unusual for spring, rain has appeared on the horizon and we are in for two weeks of overcast skies.
The prime minister announced today what will be happening on 11st May when lockdown ends. Until 2nd June, all shops and businesses will be open again but not restaurants and bars. Masks will be required on public transport and at the discretion of shop owners. Nursery and primary schools will go back on a voluntary basis, respecting strict hygiene rules. People will be able to move around but will not be able to travel more than 100 km from home except for urgent professional and family reasons. Working from home will continue wherever possible. Only small museums will re-open and there will be no concert halls or cinemas open. The situation will be reassessed at the end of the three-week period.
